Evergreen Wisteria
Trachelospermum jasminoides
PERSONAL THOUGHTS ON THIS PLANT:
Star Jasmine is most suited to being trained up an arbor or lattice. I've also seen it work great as a screen for a tubular steel fence. It can tend to look messy if not pruned, but on the other hand it has a wild, overgrown type of look that is ideal for an arbor. It also has the most fragrant smelling white flowers.
